Registration fee:
Before 20th July, 2018:
- Regular participants: 150 EUR
- Students*: 75 EUR
- Retired: 75 EUR
Social dinner (28th September, 2018): 30 EUR
After 20th July, 2018:
- Regular participants: 170 EUR
- Students (evidence should be provided at the registration): 85 EUR
- Retired: 85 EUR
Social dinner (28th September, 2018): 30 EUR
Within one week of your registration you will receive an invoice from University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, with details about payment. The registration fee includes the conference programme book, online access to the Abstract Supplement of the Horizons of Psychology, refreshment breaks, lunches and the welcome reception.
The Welcome Reception is free of charge but registration is required.
Please note that the payment of social dinner will not be included in the invoice. The conference dinner can be booked at an additional charge of € 30 incl. VAT and paid with cash at the conference registration desk.
Delegates registered after 1st September will not be listed in the List of Participants.
Student registration (click to expand)
Students full-time enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced early career rate. Proof of status from the Registrar’s office verifying full-time status is required to process your application.
Part-time students, post doctoral and PhD candidates with an income, and others that cannot meet the above requirements are NOT eligible for the discounted student rate.
If you register as a student, please send proof of your student status to psihologija@ff.uni-lj.si.
The accepted papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts and conference program only if the registration fee payment for the presenting author is received by September 1st, 2018.
Only participants with paid registration fee and proper identification will be allowed to attend the conference. Registration fee is also required in order to issue the conference attendance certificate.
Changes in your registration:
If you wish to change your registration, please contact psihologija@ff.uni-lj.si to have the change made. No cancellation of the paid fee is possible.
